When it’s your last class and someone still hasn’t seen any shows
This is one of my biggest pet peeves as a teacher. THIS IS THE WORST REASON TO HAVE TO REPEAT A CLASS!
See improv shows! They are fun!
AGREED! Not to be an old cranky man. but when i took classes I went to shows at least 3 or 4 nights a week. Because it was free. And awesome.and students not seeing any shows or even waiting until the week before the last class to see them drives me up a wall.
Its so frustrating to have students act like they had never heard of the rule before in my class on that last day and being shocked they have to repeat. Besides repeating the word game, me telling them to go to shows might be the most repeated thing i say. Well…or “i love metal so…..insert weird arcane note that relates to their sketch”
